  I have been using AV Shuttle for approximately 7 years and I find the service to be very personal. I got to know my drivers and they care about me as a person and take a personal approach. The wheelchair van is big enough to accommodate my power chair with lots of head room so I can actually breathe. I feeI safe and not confined..   I would like to share my story about the special treatment I received from Jim , one of the drivers of AV Shuttle. I would book a cab every Saturday morning to go to the Farmer's Market. Jim would always be on time and come in to get me. When we arrived at the market, he would always offer to push me around while I shopped and then took me home. The one day, I had a specialist appointment, I was lying on the couch waiting for home care to come, but they never showed up. I was stuck on the couch and could not get up and I was completely helpless. I had booked AV Shuttle and when Jim arrived, he thought something was wrong as I wasnt at the main doors of the building. Jim then got himself let into the building, and came up to my room and found me. He rescued me ! He then helped me to get dressed so I would not miss my appointment. What an amazing company to have drivers like that !

  My son Jonathan has been using AV Shuttle Cab for 10 years to take him to and from school. He has high medical needs and is in a wheelchair full time. What I love about AV Shuttle is the friendly, God loving staff. They understand my concerns, they treat my son like one of their own and always has his safety and wellbeing in mind. I do not have to worry because I know and feel he is in very good hands. I always request their services at the beginning of every school year. I do not trust my son with anyone other than the staff of AV Shuttle. I highly recommend them !! They are the best at what they do.

  To whom it may concern, Our family has used the services of AV Shuttle since our mother suffered a spinal cord injury one year ago. They transported her to RUH and City Hospitals for various tests and we continue to use their services now that she has moved out of town to a long term care facility. The drivers and dispatcher have always been very helpful and patient when she was learning to drive her motorized chair onto and off the mechanical lifts. They are very conscious of having her safely secured while in transport as well as during loading or unloading. It is such an important service to be able to provide transport to doctor’s appointments and scheduled tests. We are grateful that AV Shuttle provides out of town service for the type of large, motorized chair that our mother requires. The drivers are on time, cheerful and we enjoy getting to know each of them. Thank you for your excellent service, AV Shuttle, and we hope that the owners realize how important their drivers are to the success of their business!

  Jim is awesome!!!! I always feel confident that the booking will be on time and do not have to worry about someone waiting and no taxi showing up, as with some other cabs companies. We have been using AV shuttle for years now with no issues and will continue.
